We are delighted to announce that we have been recognised as finalists for Employer of the Year (up to £15 million turnover) at our first business awards of 2023. The Circle 2 Success South West Business Awards honour organisations like ours by recognising success, excellence in business, innovative thinking and authentic leadership.
This recognition is a testament to our ongoing commitment to helping businesses sell more of whatever it is they sell. With an ever-growing client base, our exceptional results would not have been possible without the dedication and expertise of our talented team, the small but strong team includes skills in sales, marketing and business development.
A key element of our success lies in the people-centric approach we take with our staff. By prioritising employee engagement and growth, we have built an inclusive culture allowing staff to feel they are progressing in their role as well as feeling fully involved in our processes as a business.
In addition to fostering a positive work environment, we extend our commitment to the community through the Firestarter Foundation. We provide sales and marketing support for charities and not-for-profit organisations. This includes The Great Collaboration – a local not-for-profit who have developed an online platform to help local communities reduce their carbon emissions. By supporting these initiatives, we aim to make a meaningful impact beyond the confines of our organisation and contribute to a sustainable future.
