Do you offer dedicated services and training courses?

Yes, we work with our strategic partners to offer tailored training and growth programmes that are specifically focused on the needs of their members or stakeholders. This could be targeted at specific industry sector issues, or particular pain points that have been identified, for example.

What discounts are available for your partnership services?

Depending on the level of service offered and projected volumes, we offer a range of end-user discounts for training courses booked through our partnership arrangements, as well as potential commission fees for our strategic partners.

Is there any marketing support available for strategic partners?

Yes, it is in our interests to promote the services that we will be providing to your stakeholders so will happily provide marketing content and participate in any promotional events that we agree. Depending on the level of commitment and proposed volumes, we can also agree on dedicated marketing support such as co-branded landing pages and broader campaign activity.

What do you need to set up a strategic partnership?

Generally, once we have agreed the scope of services that you would like to provide in partnership with Firestarter, we just need leadership support and advocacy to drive internal buy-in to the programme and a commitment to internal promotion. We will agree terms of business between us and set up an initial launch event (webinar) to enable Firestarter to effectively promote the benefits of our partnership, the services available and practical ways to take advantage of them.
